Referring Physicians
Our practice is a
full-service neurosurgery group. Along with offering advanced clinical
expertise and technology, we count ourselves fortunate that we are able to
maintain personal, familiar relationships with patients and referrers. These
relationships are a hallmark of daily life in smaller communities. It is not
difficult for patients or referrers to contact us. When questions or concerns
arise, we are readily available both during and after regular workday hours.
We dictate and send
consultation notes for referrers within 24 to 48 hours of a patient visit.
Typically, this correspondence and follow-up notes about test and treatment
results are faxed or mailed to referrers. We are aware that referrers need to
know quickly the status of their patients. We are also available by phone or
in person for consultation with referrers.

Appointments may be
made for any of our locations by calling (615) 849-8004 or (800) 794-3105. We
are able to schedule patients to be seen within one or two days. Emergency
patients are seen within the day. The on-call neurosurgeon can be reached at
any time by calling either of the numbers above.

Murfeeesboro is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., on normal business days. Please
